H15TORICAL MILESTONES
Celebrating Milestones that Embolden Us to Move Forward
  • CME was established.

Immediately, we were able to forge a strong alliance with the Pharmaceutical industry in the country: servicing both Filipino-owned and multinational companies.

This served as a strong foundation and the partnership continues to grow today.

  • We regard our first activation project as a milestone because of its relevance and timeliness. It was a time when running events were fast gaining popularity. Not that we jumped in on the bandwagon but because we were able to motivate Filipinos toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

This was for Anchor Shape-up. This jumpstarted many more activation projects thereafter, among the most noteworthy was the Watsons Mall Animation activity.

From the initial on-ground activities, we are now executing online remote activation for Bayer and Alcon.

  • This was the annual convention of the Drugstores Association of the Philippines. The biggest gathering of wholesalers, chain of drugstore owners, and retailers.

What made this event extra challenging and therefore, memorable was the fact that it comprised of different activities held in different venues in Davao City: testing our organizational and logistical management proficiency, while ensuring masterful execution.

  • Not all event agencies are given the opportunity to manage an international event. While it brought pride, it also posed challenges in execution given that we were in unfamiliar territory. But we did so with resounding success. It was an end-to-end meeting management from creative development to event execution including reception and hospitality for delegates from Asia and the Pacific.

  • This event offered a 360-degree digital experience that wowed the audience. While highly technical, it evoked hope and pride among guests.

Logistics planning and security measures were primary concerns because no less than then, President Benigno S. Aquino III, spearheaded the ceremonies.

  • We regarded this project as our humble contribution in nation-building; doing our part in addressing a major health issue among children – Dengue. We were one in advocating “Be a Wall Against Dengue”.

The execution was strategic in that, it catered to two audience categories: Healthcare Professionals, and Consumers. Both turned out successful.

It was not only a landmark project in the Philippines, but the first in the world!

  • This was a series of events in partnership with the CBIP (Committee on Business and Investment Promotion) of the Department of Trade and Industry – a combination of national and regional events coinciding with the Philippines’ chairmanship of the 50th Anniversary of the ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations).

The events targeted different audiences, and consequently, had to be very strategic in messaging and execution: ASEAN MSME Development Summit ASEAN Women’s Business Conference; AYEC (ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival); ASEAN Inclusive Business Summit; Slingshot ASEAN Startup & Innovation Summit; and ASEAN+6 Construction Forum.

The variety in target audiences, objectives, and mood of each event challenged our creative capabilities and organizational proficiency because all events entailed end-to-end requirements.

  • In 2018, we sealed our first retainer agreement with technology giant, IBM (Philippines). It was a 3-year contract which to date, has allowed us to produce over 30 events ranging from pocket events, to roundtable discussions, to their year-end parties.

Our partnership with IBM continues to be fortified to this day – helping the company maximize its capabilities to reach broader targets through telemarketing efforts and boost employee morale through virtual concerts.

  • This landmark undertaking, hosting the CEO Conference of the Association of the Electricity Supply Industry of East Asia and the Western Pacific (AESIEAP) was an end-to-end event management project from concept development, to delegate invitation, registration, and reception, to full event execution.

It proved our flexibility and competence having had to work with government agencies namely, the Department of Tourism and the Cebu Provincial Government.

Attached to it was CEPSI 2021 (Conference of the Electricity Power Supply Industry), which later had to be renamed as The Energy Digicon of Asia-Pacific. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it had to be turned into a virtual event, giving the Philippines the distinction of being the first country to host an online regional event.

  • In 2020, we were quick to adapt to the circumstances, reworked the way we do things and execute. Although the platform has shifted from physical to digital, we continue to deliver our trademark excellent output and service.

As a testament to this, we have efficiently produced a number of virtual events and booths.
